Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Final sale items are non-returnable

To start a return, please email us at hmhrshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake on your order.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
